How we work - it's almost a miracle!

We work with clients in many different industries helping them to develop breakthrough marketing programmes. They're spread geographically across the North Island, from Thames through to Auckland, down through the Waikato, across to the Bay of Plenty and as far west as New Plymouth.

So we wouldn't blame you for wondering if we're miracle workers or just Mother Theresa re-incarnated. Here's how we do it...

As consultants, we would probably have limited expertise or hands-on skill in your industry. What we do have though is an excellent understanding of the mechanics of brand strategy, and how to develop an effective one by using your industry knowledge. We believe that great ideas come from inviting clients into the strategy process, not excluding them.

Through an information 'discovery process', we gather and collate all the important background information that we would need to develop your strategy. Sometimes we recommend external research, usually if our clients do not have a good enough understanding of their market, industry or prospects.

Once we have had our initial briefing sessions, our clients are usually quite happy to communicate via phone or email, minimising the need for onerous face-to-face meetings. It seems to work pretty effectively.

And finally, you won't want any surprises when you get our invoices so our charges are usually based on a price that is agreed upfront, before starting the project. If the scope of the project changes substantially we will discuss the changes with you in advance and propose revised costs.
