Microsoft's new Bing search engine has just been launched with a reputed promo budget around US$100 million. There's a lot of user testing going on and the jury's still out (unlike in the Bain case) as to how it stacks up against the search engine standard, Google.

In the meantime, this video at least explains what the Bing "decision engine" (as Microsoft calls it), is all about.
